E-cigarettes are banned by law in Palau, including their importation, sale, and use. It is unclear whether e-cigarettes can be imported for personal use. Therefore, travellers are advised to check with their airlines before bringing e-cigarettes or vaping devices into the country.

Data from 2023 show that the current prevalence of vaping among adults in Palau was 1.7% (0.9% among females and 2.4% among males).
